How many of you feel utterly burned out by social media? 🙋🏻♀️ It’s like someone opened the flood gates and there is just SO MUCH information that we spend endless hours looking at really...nothing. 😞
This is changing though. More people are becoming aware of how much ⏰ they spend scrolling and swiping. 🤳🏼 And even some are deleting their accounts to end that feeling that their brains are turning to mush.
Here’s my advice💡: Ask yourself right now, has the time you have spent today on the internet been worth your while? 🤔
Have you learned anything of importance? 🧐
Does the amount of hours you’ve spent on the internet/social media equate to the amount of useful information you’ve actually gained from it? 😬
It’s all about how you value time. The explosion of social media and really the internet as a whole has provided us with any type of information at our fingertips. And there in lies the problem. Just because any and all information is available to you doesn’t mean you have to absorb all of it. 🧟♀️
Be active in what YOU decide to view/read. It’s YOUR time. Use it wisely. Follow accounts, read blogs, watch videos that you actually GAIN something of value from, that’s useful for you in your life. Anything else is purely entertainment and most likely a 🧠 drain ⏰ suck.
STOP the 🧟♂️ 🧟♀️ apocalypse and START taking an active role in what you decide to spend your ⏰on. Because not ☝🏼 person has ever said on their death bed that they wish they had less time. 🤷🏻♀️
