So what? 🤷🏻‍♀️ What that means is the food you eat affects your mood and social behavior, appetite and digestion, sleep, memory, sexual desire and function 🍆!!

Having low levels of serotonin are linked with poor memory, crappy moods, craving for sweets 🍭 /starchy foods 🥖, difficulty sleeping 💤, low self-esteem, anxiety, aggression 🤬, and depression.

Read the back of food labels! There is a TON of sugar and processed crap in most of the food we eat. Get more fiber into your body, lower your sugar intake, avoid packaged/processed foods, and eat organic vegetables 🍅 🌽.

It’s not just about what your body LOOKS like, it’s about what it FEELS like. Fix it from the inside out. “Dad-bods” may be “in” these days, but what isn’t and never will be is a man in a 💩 mood, angry, can’t/doesn’t want sex, or has low self-esteem.

Get it together men! 💪🏼 Start caring about what you’re eating.
