Lost

We all feel it at some point in our lives. I know I certainly have. Not knowing where our life is going or what we’re doing, unable to find our way. 🛣 Feeling lost feels a lot like depression. You may feel unmotivated or uninterested in things you did in the past. 🙇🏽‍♂️ You may not #ReKognize or not be able to remember the last time you felt like yourself. 🤷🏻‍♀️

But, I don’t think we’re actually “lost”. 🤔 We just use that term because that’s the only one we can think of that encapsulates how we feel. Feeling “lost” is a pivotal time in our life that we’re changing into. Everything is possible at that point! ⭐️

“Lost” is too general. Dig deeper. Write ✍️out how you’re FEELING. Do you feel numb and emotionless, sad, lonely, etc...? ❓ Write it all down. Then write down where it originated from. What started your feelings of “lost”?

When you feel lost, it’s life throwing curveballs ⚾️ at you to wake up. Climb out of the rabbit hole by acknowledging how you feel. Use these feelings to your advantage to make a change/shift in your life.

Usually when you feel “lost” it’s a really good indication you fear making a wrong decision/move. Don’t get stuck there. Write down what you feel and what action you can take to turn it into a change for the better in your life. 💪🏼

Feeling lost can actually be amazing as it’s the 1st step to creating a fulfilling life for yourself. Embrace it! Work with it! Figure out what it’s telling you to do.
