Woke up not feeling so hot. Some cold or something coming on. πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ That time of year and no matter how many vitamins we take, getting sick is a fact of life for most of us. πŸ€’

We tend to forget that our bodies are living breathing organisms. 🦠 We take it for granted that they just work when we tell them to. We’re very lucky to be able to wake up, stand up, and walk πŸšΆπŸ½β€β™‚οΈ. There are people who do not have that luxury. Yet we take it for granted.

Be kind to your body. It hears EVERYTHING you say to it. πŸ—£ If you tell yourself how sick or tired you are, guess what? You will feel it that much more. πŸ™‡πŸ½β€β™‚οΈ Don’t push your body to an extreme and not take care of it. It works so hard for you on a daily basis. More than you realize.

You don’t get to zip this body off and put a new one on. This is the only one you’ve got. So appreciate what you have and what it does for you. Even if you feel overweight, hate the way you look, feel like sh*t, tell your body β€œthank you”. EVERYDAY.
